From what I have read it seems you must have you’re home state permit to obtain an non resident PA permit. Do I have to apply in person? My parents live in the Sugar Grove area and I come up to visit in the summer. I obtained an non resident UT permit a few years ago and just after there was no reciprocity with PA. Is it possible for me to obtain an non-resident permit and how can I go about doing it? Thank You Jesse Johnson Reply Peter J Anderson on September 12, 2017 at 5:35 pm Can I mail my licence to carry application to Warren, PA? Reply Daniel J Kozaczka on May 12, 2018 at 8:49 am I am a NY State resident and I sent my permit to carry application in Pennsylvania to your office. I was just informed by my brother-in-law that I should have sent a six dollar application fee along with my application. If this is so, will the failure to do that void my application? Thanks Dan Reply Russell Trigilio on September 29, 2018 at 6:42 am I recently received my PA out of state pistol permit. I live in NY. I just moved. Am I able to change the address on my pistol permit license by mailing my PA permit along with my new NYS Driver license? Thank You in advance Reply Janice on January 24, 2019 at 8:21 am My friend and I sent in our applications at the same time. We were references for each other and both had the same second reference. All good. He got his letter almost two weeks ago but I haven’t received mine. We want to come pick them up but I haven’t received letter can I call to find out what happened? I know there’s no reason for me to be denied. Reply Submit a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
