3181 Recinding the Covid Declaration of Emergency
RESOLUTION #3181
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY DISASTER
DUE TO COVID-19
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Warren, Pennsylvania, declared an Emergency Disaster on March 13, 2020, due to the COVID-19 virus; and,
WHEREAS, Warren County has authorized multiple agreements and hires under said Declaration; and,
WHEREAS, the number of new cases of COVID-19 within Warren County, and the number of hospitalized individuals due to COVID-19, have reached comparatively low levels; and,
WHEREAS, the vaccination clinics have available openings for all residents who wish to receive the COVID-19 vaccine;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Warren, Pennsylvania, rescind the Declaration of Emergency Disaster regarding COVID-19.
ADOPTED this day 26th day of May, 2021.
