3151 FY 2017 CDBG Budget Revision

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REVISION TO WARREN COUNTY’S

FFY 2017 Community Development Block Grant PROGRAM BUDGET

 

 

WHEREAS,   in an effort to expend CDBG funds within three years of the contract date, the County needs to rebudget FFY CDBG 2017 funds into “active” projects to spend the funding in a timely manner, and

 

 

WHEREAS,   the Center Street Storm Water Project in Bear Lake Borough was completed utilizing FFYs 2015, 2016 and 2017 CDBG funds; and

 

 

WHEREAS,   FFY 2017 CDBG funds originally allocated to the Center Street Storm Water project remain unexpended in the amount of $155,427.25.  These funds need rebudgeted into current projects, namely two street reconstruction projects in Clarendon Borough: Miley Avenue ($49,781.25) and Ellison Street ($105,646.00).

 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Warren County as follows:

 

In order to expend CDBG funds in the timely manner prescribed by the PA DCED, $155,427.25 in 2017 CDBG Contract funds will be reallocated from the Bear Lake Center Street Storm Water Project into the Miley Avenue and Ellison Street Reconstruction projects in Clarendon Borough.

 

 

ADOPTED this 22nd day of January 2020.
