Warren County Commissioners Public Meeting
September 11, 2019 12:17 p.m.
Commissioner Cindy Morrison called the meeting of the Warren County Commissioners to order with Commissioner Jeff Eggleston present.
Staff Present: Pamela Matve, Chief Clerk, and Carl McKee
Citizens Present: Josh Cotton (WTO), Joe Scully, Stacy Hennesy, Carl Seeker, Cheryl Wilson, Michelle Williams, Jess Arnold, Todd Boston, Jon Porter, James Martin, Josiah Hanson, Tamara Pudder, Kelly Seither, Amy Pudder, Ashley Hummer, Tracey Williams, Brittany Wakley, Sue Colosimo, Ronna Tipton, Tammi Shippee, and Logan Vivian,
Announcements: Commissioner Cindy Morrison announced that the meeting is being recorded.

Minutes from the August 28, 2019 Meetings: no changes need made.
Fiscal Report: in the absence of the Finance Director Commissioner Cindy Morrison stated there was cash on hand of $926,039.00 and in the Erie Bank account a balance of $448,569.00.
Proclamation(s): National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, Allegheny River & Watershed Clean Up Week, and Direct Support Professionals Recognition Week
Commissioner Jeff Eggleston stated that there is still time to get involved with the River Clean Up.
Commissioner Cindy Morrison thanked the staff of Crossett for coming today, and thanked them for employing so many.
Commissioner Jeff Eggleston stated that this recognition is appropriate as truck drivers do go unappreciated.
Commissioner Cindy Morrison thank the Direct Support Professionals for all the work they do, it is a tough job and we thank you.
Commissioner Jeff Eggleston stated that this profession has many challenges and it is a very important job. He went on to recognize Tamara Pudder as in the past year she was recognized by the state as a leader in the Direct Support Professionals.
Motion was made by Commissioner Jeff Eggleston, seconded by Commissioner Cindy Morrison to approve today’s agenda, the minutes from August 28, 2019, the proclamations as read, and the fiscal report as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Repository Tax Bid(s): Motion was made by Commissioner Jeff Eggleston, seconded by Commissioner Cindy Morrison to accept the following repository tax bids: Parcel YV-675-63899 a bid in the amount of $255.00 from Skyline Real Estate Services, and Parcel WN-587-1985 a bid in the amount of $250.00 from the City of Warren RDA. Motion carried.
Agreement with Vigilnet: Chief Adult Probation Officer, Carl McKee, stated that this provider provides he electronic GPS monitoring system for our offenders that keeps them out of our jail.
Motion was made by Commissioner Jeff Eggleston, seconded by Commissioner Cindy Morrison to approve the agreement with Vigilnet. Motion carried.

Changes for Warren County Employees
Motion was made by Commissioner Jeff Eggleston, seconded by Commissioner Cindy Morrison to approve the Personnel Report as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Jeff Eggleston stated that Commissioner Benjamin Kafferlin was not in attendance today due to a family emergency.
Adjournment: Motion was made Commissioner Jeff Eggleston, seconded by Commissioner Cindy Morrison to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
