Warren County Commissioners Public Hearing
January 22, 2020 5:30 p.m.
Commissioner Benjamin Kafferlin called the meeting of the Warren County Commissioners to order with Commissioner Tricia Durbin and Jeff Eggleston present.
Staff Present: Pamela Matve, Chief Clerk, Solicitor Nathaniel Schmidt, and Lorri Dunlap, Grants Administrator
Citizens Present: Josh Cotton (WTO)
Commissioner Benjamin Kafferlin announced that the meeting is being recorded and today we have one public hearing:
2017 CDBG Budget Revision: Lorri Dunlap stated that because this is a revision to projects already approved, we really do not need to have a public hearing.
Commissioner Jeff Eggleston asked if it was advertised to which Lorri Dunlap stated yes so Commissioner Jeff Eggleston stated lets just hold the public hearing.
Lorri Dunlap explained that we are going to Recycling Expense-budget $155,427.25 from the Bear Lake storm water project to the following two projects of which both are in Clarendon Borough: Reconstruction of Ellison Street in the amount of $105,646.00, and Miley Ave in the amount of $49,481.25.
Commissioner Benjamin Kafferlin stated that with nothing further we will close this public hearing at 5:37 p.m.
